Appreciated our stay there and would have stayed for longer. Came with our colleagues, everything was perfect. The food provided for breakfast was outstanding. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive. The location was absolutely perfect in Park 1, better than we ever had before. Plus, Royal William Yard was within walking distance of the venue.

Stayed here for celebrating birthday, everything was perfect, I appreciated unbeatable location to camp 2. The staff was friendly and excellent, whenever I needed help. The whole experience was really really nice!

I had a really really nice experience here, everything was fine, the location was magnificent adjacent to the fantastic beach, reception/shop/pool/restaurant, and Conwy. Food was great and outstanding; the staff were respectful.

The location is marvellous, the check in is quick. Its set in a lovely area. The hotel offers a lot of food that was decent.

The people were lovely and good, will exceed the expectations. Central heating, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities in our guest room were useful during stay. The food was decent with plenty of alternatives. Our stay was a fantastic experience.

My favourite property in Prestatyn. Holiday base for travelling to Prestatyn and exploring local places. Excellent and perfect location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The staff was affable and we would stay here again and again. Stayed here during our christmas, it was an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, outstanding service. Booked the hotel for its lovely location very close to the nice, sandy beach, the beach bar and the dunes.
